Most celebrities have to diet and exercise due to their profession. Nowadays, more and more celebrities share their diet and exercise practice with the public. Although most people don’t have access to personal trainers or one-on-on dancing classes, it is still possible to come up with very similar workouts and diet plans to lose weight and keep in shape. Here are some diet tips form Kate Gosselin, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Osbourne and Beyonce Knowles. Generally, celebrities restrict their calories, constantly exercise and have clean foods.

1. Kate Gosselin

Kate Gosselin’s diet tips include having organic foods. She controls her weight by dancing on the TV show “Dancing with the Stars” and then she took her fitness to the next level by running. She usually runs 10 miles three time per week. Gosselin also eats a high-fiber cereal for her breakfast and then keeps it low-carbohydrate for the rest of the day. Her go-to foods include grilled chicken with a baked fish or salad, hummus, egg whites with almonds, feta cheese, sunflower seeds as well as rice cakes with peanut butter.

2. Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has a personal trainer and she does workouts at least three times per week. Kardashian sometimes also works out four to five times a week. Some of her other fitness secrets include running 30 minutes on the treadmill and then lifting weight for another 30 minutes. She also performs leg lifts, squats, lunges and ab exercises. Kardashian eats plenty of protein and very little sweets and junk foods. She seldom drinks carbonated drinks and practices portion control. Also, she stops eating after 7 pm every day.

3. Kelly Osbourne

Similar with Kate Gosselin, Kelly Osbourne also lost weight while training for “Dancing with the Stars.” She said that she does Pilates and a half-hour cardio each day. Osbourne doesn’t drink carbonated drinks, applies portion control and begins making better food choices. Another Osbourne secret on weight loss is to eat a little bit of food with no carbohydrates and sugar before she goes to bed.

4. Beyonce Knowles

Beyonce Knowles is known for being on the Master Cleanse or maple syrup diet fast for weight loss. However, she generally eats real foods such as green vegetables. Knowles follows a low fat, low calorie and low carbohydrate diet. She usually avoids bread, alcohol and red meat. In addition to dancing, she also works out by running and interval training. Her workouts include a half-hour of cardio and 45 minutes with free weights, five times per week.
